Data analysis

The group is a place of exchange in order to present new algorithms and their implementation in the context of research projects or within platforms. The group wants everyone’s contribution to create a space for reflection and progress through seminars at the congress, webinars, participation in the forum and the organization of training for initiation to data analysis.

All technologies combined, cytometry has become highly multi-parametric, at a level that requires the use of algorithms to best exploit the richness of the measured data. The group aims to inform and exchange in order to develop the adoption of new methodologies for the analysis of cytometry data.
