Mass Cytometry

Description

Mass cytometry has revolutionized the field by making it possible to build panels with more than 50 targets while avoiding the problems of autofluorescence. The CyTOF Group France brings together operators and users and aims at sharing experiences, technical advances, data analysis methods (links with the 3C club), as well as problems encountered and solutions found. This group promotes exchanges and interactions within the network of french CyTOF and mass imaging platforms. We also propose annual thematic days, a forum and a session at the AFC congress in an excellent atmosphere. The CyTOF group also takes part in various training activities in mass cytometry: such as the Passport Cytometry, the JFPC of the AFC, or the CIVIS program Technical innovations in basic and translational research: applications to immunology-oncology.
