Call for applications – CA renewal 2022

Dear friends,

This year, 3 positions are up for renewal on the Board of Directors of the French Association Cytometry

• Aida Meghraoui-Kheddar (member of the Board, responsible for international relations (ISAC and learned societies) and responsible for the data analysis groups) is completing her first term and has the possibility of running for a new term

• Fatima-Ezzahra L’FAQIHI-OLIVE (Member of the Board, Deputy Secretary and Coordinator of AFC Events) ends her first term and has the opportunity to run for a new term

• Pierre Grenot (member of the CA secretary and coordinator of the spectral group) is completing his second term and has the possibility of running for a final term,

As you have already been informed by the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors, our association has had major areas of commitment for several years:

• promotion of young cytometrist, 
• Training (fundamental and clinical cytometry), 
• the analysis of complex cytometry data, 
• partnerships with other learned societies (SFI, CytHem, SFM, FsEV), 
• parnerships with French-speaking and international cytometry companies and industrial partnerships

We will continue in this dynamic with a Board of Directors that will renew itself. In order for it to be able to carry out its missions, we hope that all the fields concerned with cytometry, both in fundamental research and in clinical research, continue to be represented as has been the case until now.

We encourage anyone wishing to participate in the decisions and operation of the AFC to apply.

We remind you that to be a candidate, you must be up to date with your contribution for the current year. Attched the link to join or renew your membership .

Like last year, the voting campaign will take place online on our website. It will start in mid-September. The exact dates of this campaign will be communicated to you later. Check by then that your contribution is up to date and that you can log in as a member of our website
